Hello! I’m Flurin Müller – Product Leader, Entrepreneur and Early Stage Investor from Zürich, Switzerland.
I build digital products and companies. Today, my main focus is NORM, which I co-founded in 2023. We help real estate owners and asset managers turn fragmented building data into informed portfolio decisions.
Previously, I co-founded BuddyBroker, acquired by XING in 2016, and led Product at Locatee. My background in product design shapes how I work: understand the problem, make things tangible and build what matters.
Alongside NORM, I invest in selected early-stage companies and support founders with product strategy, design and company building.
