Product Leadership

Product Design
My background is in product design. I use research and prototypes to turn complex problems into products people can use.
- Discovery. Understand customers, test assumptions and identify problems worth solving.
- Prototyping. Make ideas tangible and test them with users before committing to a solution.
- Design direction. Shape clear interfaces and consistent design systems.
Entrepreneurship
Building BuddyBroker and NORM has given me first-hand experience of starting and growing companies. I draw on that experience when working with other founders.
- Business models. Examine assumptions, trade-offs and the practical challenges of building a company.
- Early products. Define and build an MVP that helps a team learn from the market.
- Founder support. Share experience and offer a sounding board for difficult decisions.
- Fundraising. Help founders think through financing options and prepare for a funding round.
