About

I started my career as a freelance UI designer. During that time, I developed a passion for well-designed websites and digital products.

Soon enough, I found myself in the Product Management role. After earning a degree in Business Information Technology and managing a variety of projects for US and European clients, I decided to start my own company – the HR-tech startup BuddyBroker. After BuddyBroker was acquired by XING, I helped to integrate our product into the XING product portfolio.

From early 2018 until April 2021, I worked at the B2B PropTech Startup Locatee as Head of Product. I supported the company in scaling up the product organization and making their workplace analytics platform ready to serve a global customer base.

Today, my main focus lies on Norm, a startup which I co-founded in early 2023. Besides that I support selected startups as an Early Stage Investor, Advisor and Coach.
